1. Contractual Relationship
These Terms of Use govern individuals' access to or use of the applications, websites, content, products, and services provided by the i-scoore platform, which is owned by Select Information Technology Establishment, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and registered with the Ministry of Commerce under Commercial Registration No. 1010802873.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Services.
Your access to and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, creating a contractual relationship between you and the i-scoore platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms specifically supersede any prior agreements or arrangements you may have had with you. Subject to compliance with applicable law, the i-scoore platform may terminate these Terms or any of the Services to you immediately or generally discontinue offering or access to the Services or any part thereof at any time and for any reason.
Additional terms may apply to specific services, such as policies related to a particular event, activity, or promotional campaign. These additional terms will be disclosed to you. The additional terms are added to and become part of the Terms for the purposes of the services provided. In case of any conflict with respect to the services provided, the additional terms will prevail.
i-scoore may amend the Terms relating to the services from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon i-scoore posting the updated terms on this website or posting the revised policies or additional terms relating to the service provided. Your continued access to or use of the services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
We collect and use personal data in connection with the Services as outlined in the i-scoore Privacy Policy, which can be accessed via the Privacy Policy link. By using these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have read and accepted the i-scoore Privacy Policy and expressly agree to i-scoore providing any necessary information (including your contact information) to claims settlement companies in the event of a complaint, dispute, or disagreement, which may involve an incident between you and an external service provider, where such information or data is necessary to resolve the complaint, dispute, or disagreement.
2. Services
The Services constitute a technology platform that enables users of i-scoore's mobile applications or websites, available as part of the Services (each referred to as the "Application"), to arrange and schedule online tutoring and/or logistics services with independent third-party providers of these services, including independent third-party online tutoring providers and independent third-party logistics providers, under an agreement with i-scoore or some of its subsidiaries ("Third-Party Providers"). The services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, unless i-scoore agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement with you. You acknowledge that i-scoore does not provide online tutoring or logistics services, nor does it operate as a tutoring company, and that all tutoring or logistics services are provided by independent external tutors who are not employed by i-scoore or any of its subsidiaries.
License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, i-scoore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and revocable license to: (1) access and use the applications on your personal device solely in connection with your use of the Services; and (2) access and use any related content, information, and materials that may be made available through the Services, in all such cases for personal and non-commercial use only. i-scoore and its licensors reserve any rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
Restrictions
You are not permitted to:
• (1) remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any part of the Services
• (2) duplicate, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, license, rent, sell, resell, transfer ownership of, publicly display, publicly perform, broadcast, disseminate, publish, or otherwise exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by the i-scoore platform
• (3) tamper with, reverse engineer, or decompile the Services except as permitted by applicable law
• (4) link to, replicate, or frame any part of the Services
• (5) create or cause the creation of any software or scripts for the purpose of deleting, indexing, erasing, or otherwise exploiting any part of the Services
• (6) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or damage any aspect of them or any of the systems and networks associated with them
Provision of Services
You acknowledge that portions of the Services may be made available under various i-scoore trademarks (i-scoore) or ordering options related to online tutoring services or logistics...
Third-Party Services and Content
The services may be provided or accessed in conjunction with third-party services and content (including advertising) that are not under the control of the i-scoore platform. You acknowledge that different terms of use and privacy policies may apply to your use of third-party services and content.
Ownership
The services and all related rights remain the property of the i-scoore platform or its licensors.
Content Timeliness
• The tutor agrees to ensure the content is up-to-date and complies with national laws and policies.
